You can also cancel by sending an email to support@ipersonalyze.com and we will cancel your account immediately.

Important Notice: if you do not notify iPersonalyze that you wish to cancel by logging into your payment account and cancelling. or by simply sending an email to iPersonalyze then iPersonalyze will in good faith continue to provide your monthly services. In this event you will continue to be responsible for all payments until iPersonalyze has been notified.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on iPersonalyze's web site are provided "as is". iPersonalyze makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 9. Distributor/Drop shipped products

By installing and/or selling drop ship products or company stores, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws . You acknowledge that the wholesale pricing as published by iPersonalyze plus shipping charges paid by your customer and deposited into your Merchant Account will be charged to your iPersonalyze Membership account. If you are the  Merchant of Record you acknowledge all legal requirements to provide customer service, returns and refunds as appropriate, and pay all state and local taxes. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from reselling these products.. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.  You also agree that the relationship between you and iPersonalyze is that of and Independent Contractor and that you are responsible for all applicable taxes in accordance with state and local laws. 

10. Fulfillment Supplier Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to become a fulfillment supplier to the iPersonalyze Network you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable state or local laws . You acknowledge that the wholesale pricing as agreed to and accepted on the Fulfillment Supplier spreadsheet by iPersonalyze is the wholesale price to be paid you for producing and fulfilling products on all orders sent to your Order screens. The iPersonalyze Network will pay this wholesale price plus the shipping charges paid by our customers. These funds will be and send to you within 30 days through your Membership account. Once accepted as a Fulfillment Supplier to the iPersonalyze Network you agreed to cooperate and work with iPersonalyze effectively as your customer that places orders with you and will work promptly with us to resolve any issues arising from any products you produce. Either party can cancel this agreement at any time.

11. Other charges and transaction fees

Any additional work requested by client will be quote by iPersonalyze to client in advance.  There are no transaction fees for small or midsize clients.  Only  large enterprise client with a volume of over 500 a month would incur transaction fees and these fees are subject to negotiation.

12. Governing Law

Any claim relating to iPersonalyze's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
